Bring your entry to The Starling Mall Event Hall on Submission / Set-Up day.

Judging & Final Results

All decisions made by the judges and the organizer are final, conclusive, and binding.

The organizer reserves the right not to disclose detailed scoring, judging rationale, or individual feedback.

No appeals, complaints, or disputes regarding the results or decisions made by the judges and organizer will be entertained.

By registering, participants agree to accept all results and decisions made by the judges and organizer without challenge.

Registration Fee & Refund Policy

All registration fees are strictly non-refundable once payment is made.

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Withdrawal by participant
  • No-show during the event
  • Disqualification due to rule violations

Full refund will only be provided if the event is cancelled by the organizer.

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, or format if necessary.

Participants who violate competition rules may be disqualified without refund.
